When you contact us through the contact form, we process your full name, email address, phone number (if you choose to share it), and any information included in your message. If you book an appointment or begin a counselling or therapy process, health-related data — a special category of personal data — may also be processed, in accordance with the relevant legislation and based on your explicit consent, given the nature of the process.
3. Personal Data of Minors
The psychological assessment and therapy services offered also cover children and adolescents. Where a contact form is submitted, an appointment is requested, or a therapy process is initiated on behalf of a client under the age of 18, the related personal data (including any special category health data) is processed based on the knowledge and explicit consent of the parent or legal guardian. The person submitting the form or contacting us is deemed to confirm that they hold this consent.

The personal data you share is processed solely for the purposes of evaluating and responding to your request, arranging appointment requests, contacting you, and carrying out the counselling or therapy process within the scope of professional responsibilities.
5. Method of Collection and Legal Basis
Your personal data is collected electronically, through information you provide directly via the contact form on this website, by email, phone or WhatsApp. It is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK — namely, where processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms, and where directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract upon request. Special category data, such as health data, is only processed where you have given explicit consent.
6. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data is not shared with third parties except where legally required. Messages sent through the contact form are transmitted via the servers of the email service provider used for our email infrastructure (Gmail/Google); as a result, your data may be transferred abroad depending on that provider's server location.
7. Cookies

- Request information about it if it has been processed
- Request correction or deletion
- Object to processing
10. Application & Contact
You may contact us to exercise your rights under the KVKK or with any questions regarding the processing of your personal data.
